Tim Senn

Many years as a management consultant and my PhD on the design of digital ecosystems have taught me to view organizations as complex systems. Technical solutions without organizational insight increase that complexity instead of reducing it. My interest in digital technologies and data, and in organizational change, is therefore accompanied by a passion for finding simple, clear concepts and solutions. As an entrepreneur, I am convinced that we need to question our own organizational forms and goals from time to time in order to move forward.

In my private life, I can be found in the kitchen (fermenting) or on a mountain (out of breath).
