IT/OT visibility in hours, not weeks: the live network discovered, end to end. No agents. No sensors. No SPAN ports.
Critical networks are mixed-vendor, always changing and barely documented. You can't secure, segment or troubleshoot what you can't see.
Trusted by energy companies, hospitals, universities and manufacturers, wherever network clarity saves time and prevents outages.
From hours to minutes. Search the whole network by IP, MAC, VLAN or vendor; the topology shows exactly where the problem starts.
See single points of failure, redundancy paths and STP topology: the picture segmentation and hardening decisions actually need.
Complete, current network documentation generated in hours, for security audits, compliance reviews and architecture work.
Plan and validate segmentation with full visibility: VLAN sprawl, dependencies and blast radius, before you touch anything.
When something breaks, snapshot comparison shows exactly what changed, and the map shows who it affects.
Configuration drift tracked automatically. Git-based config history stands as a continuous audit trail.
Discover the network, analyse it, then operate it day to day.
The optional Endpoint Agent extends Explorer to the host in the same UI: system, processes, software, hardware. An add-on module, not a separate product. See below ↓
Explorer maps the network without touching a host. Install the Endpoint Agent on a host and additional detail opens up inside the same Explorer UI: system, processes, software, hardware. The agent is light. It runs on industrial PCs in OT environments as readily as on data-center hosts, with builds for macOS, Linux and Windows.
A lightweight approach: Explorer is running and returning results inside the first hour.
Explorer queries switches and routers over SSH with standard show commands, so there's no traffic interception and the load on each device stays minimal.
Queries run across the whole network at a configurable interval, harmonised into one vendor-agnostic data model.
Deploy as a VM (VMware, Proxmox, ESXi). Give it read-only SSH credentials and device IPs; CSV bulk import is available.
Deploy, configure, run the first discovery: full topology, device inventory and connected endpoints inside the hour.
| Deployment | VM (VMware, Proxmox, ESXi), narrowin hardware, or a laptop |
|---|---|
| Discovery | SSH (primary), SNMP v1/v2c/v3, REST API |

Monitoring tells you if something is up or down. Explorer tells you what you have, how it is connected and what changed, for understanding, documentation and operations.
Yes. Explorer is vendor-agnostic and built for mixed IT/OT environments; non-intrusive discovery keeps it safe in sensitive OT zones.
About two hours including installation, to first network insights, with no sensors or complex integrations to set up.
Cisco, Aruba, HP/HPE, Siemens, Moxa, Hirschmann, Allied Telesis, Fortinet, MikroTik, Extreme, Garderos and more.
On-premises only. Your network data never leaves your infrastructure.
Yes, many partners use Explorer for network audits and assessment engagements. It produces complete documentation in hours, not weeks.
The Lightweight Network Explorer is an important foundation for us to implement the ICT minimum standard for critical infrastructures.
